In God's Hands
As my glanced at my watch this afternoon, I noticed that as we were hours away to our pre-season game again McKinley High School... I started getting a bit nervous. I started experiencing that same uneasy feeling that I've had right before every football game. As a mother, it's very hard to see my son take the field but it's a sport that Shain loves and is very passionate about.
As a Christian, I have to have absolute confidence that the entire football team is going to be just fine... because God is watching and He will take care of them. No matter how hard the circumstances, I must trust that they will all be safe in his hands.
It was very comforting to see both teams huddle up before game time and join in as one as they pray to our Lord! It was a tough game... with Moanalua having a preseason win!
